Hi, I'm Jen 

I see a lot of women who have been called to do great things in life afraid to step into that reality because they are carrying baggage that no longer serves them as a result of childhood trauma. 

From my earliest memory, I had a lot of shame about what and how much I ate, and about my body. For over 4 decades, I was in a well-rehearsed cycle of pointless and dramatic outbursts of rage and despair. I couldn't heal from my eating disorders, I couldn't be around the ones I loved or enjoy love from others without bleeding my pain all over them.  I carried all of those negative emotions around and built a 200 pound wall of protection and pain that kept me from knowing my own power and ability to live my purpose and calling. 

My body image and eating disorder healing started when I decided to FORGIVE. The best, kindest, and most generous gift I've ever given myself is that of forgiveness. It is how my own transformation started - with the decision to forgive. By being able to fully forgive, I've gained empathy and generosity of spirit, which  unleashed the abundance of God upon me

 

In forgiving, even those who seriously harmed me, I unburdened myself from hate and resentment and allowed myself to move from feeling like a victim, always on the defense, to a survivor, and finally, a THRIVER.

 

There is SO MUCH peace and strength in that. Most importantly, I consciously forgive myself and remind myself constantly that I am, without any doubt, a perfect human, spiritual child of God, full of all of the frailties that come with it. I'm not my past - not my own mistakes or others upon me.

 

It's time for you to start living to your full potential by letting go of those emotions that no longer serve you and stepping into your greatness.
