DearJen-

I just wanted to share the good news with you - my average daily blood sugar is now 97(if you recall, it was around 250 in December), and my HBA1C is 5.8 - down over 2 points. All of my meds have been cut down. My insulin use is way down. I’m using the same amount in 2 weeks that I used to use in a day or two. My endocrinologist is so happy with my progress and my weight loss- a little over 40 pounds in 3 months.

Thank you so much for helping me take control of my health. I’ve been struggling with it for a long time, and previously only lasted a few weeks on any program. The shopping trips and meal planning and prep with you really helped, and I feel like this is a way of life I can continue. The “woo-woo” ways you gave me to deal with my food cravings made a big difference, too.

Thanks again for all your help- I’m still working on the physical activity part!

Hey Jen!

I hope all is well!

Victory is mine!!! After all of our work last year, I let some things slide during the holidays and put back on some of the weight I lost. But I didn’t let it get me!! I forgave myself, started tapping, meditating and journaling again and started right back on the diet (I know you hate that word!)  that works so well for me. I could tell it was working within 2 weeks, and I’d lost the approx 15 I’d gained in about 6 weeks. Back to my maintenance plan!

I’ve got this!!

XO-

Erin A.

Hi Jen,

Thanks again for the “tune up” Skype session. I’ve been doing so well with food cravings and life in general, but I went off the rails after my dad died. At least I saw I was using food to push down everything I didn’t want to feel before I did too much damage to my progress, and I feel so much better in every way now that I’m back on track.

I think I might sign on for monthly sessions to keep me going for a while, what do you think? I don’t feel like I need to go back to weekly, but once a month feels right to help keep me moving forward.

Talk to you soon-

Becca R.

To Whom it may concern,

This letter is in reference to the experience I had working with Jen Oppenheim. I thought I was going to get a diet and exercise program, but I got so much more. After trying every diet in the world, I was desperate to lose weight and was going to go for weight loss surgery, but had to lose at least 50 pounds  before they would even do it. I’m so glad they made me wait, because even though I still have some weight to lose, I feel 100% confident that I can and will do it without surgery. I finally feel like I’m at peace with food. I can eat anything I want, but It doesn’t control me anymore, and I’m not using it to numb my emotions anymore. I have a whole bunch of new ways to cope with them that are actually good for  me.

It’s a truly amazing feeling to feel love for myself and hopeful for the future. I never believed I deserved it or that it was even possible before.

Sincerely,

Debi D.

Dear Jen-

The girls and I wanted to tell you what a great time we had at the Vision Board  party. It was so much fun, and we all feel so inspired  to take action towards the dreams we can see so clearly whenever we look at our boards. Thanks for a great experience!
