So, what is Transformational Wellness and Empowerment Coaching?

Transformational Wellness and Empowerment Coaching is a holistic approach to restoring balance in every aspect of our lives. The outside in/inside out method simultaneously releases negative thoughts, emotions, habits and limiting beliefs; provides a  framework to improve health, well-being and success in the physical world; and strengthens spiritual grounding and connection. You'll have the power to consciously pursue abundance, balance and wellness in the Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual (no Religion or Dogma is required) aspects of your life.

But I just want to lose weight!

My specialty is helping people who have a long history of disordered eating. This isn't about losing weight, although if that is your goal, it will happen as a result of your internal healing. You've already experienced the roller coaster  of weight, clothing sizes and emotions  through multiple diets. They all have the same common problem: they're only concerned with weight loss. ANY diet can help you lose weight, but until you've mended your relationship with yourself and food, you know the loss is only temporary.

  • Give up your battle with the scale and the notion of "good" and "bad" food. 

  • NO starvation, drugs, surgery, shakes, lotions or potions

  • Naturally crave the foods that support your health and goals, without giving up the foods you  love.
