About the Event
This guided TimeLine Healing series will focus on releasing attachment to one emotion attached to past events each week, starting with Anger, then Fear, Shame and Grief. We will get settled with some breathwork, and then ease into the meditation, which will last approximately 30-40 minutes, with time for sharing and community before we close. It is best to come to this practice in comfortable clothes, well- hydrated, undistracted and with absolutely no expectations of yourself. It is a very deep practice, so you may want to have tissues handy. I invite you also to keep your journal close, so you can write about your experience while it is fresh.
