Integrative Wellness and Life Coaching is a holistic approach to restoring balance to the Mental, Physical, Emotional and Spiritual aspects of our lives.  Our outside in/inside out method simultaneously addresses  negative thoughts, emotions and limiting beliefs;  provides a  framework to improve  health, well- being and success in the physical world; and  strengthens spiritual grounding and connection.

Together, we'll explore a variety of techniques  and modalities to help you find the paths that are most helpful to you.

But I just want to lose weight!

My specialty is helping people who have a long history of disordered eating and  an unhealthy relationship with food. This program isn't just  about losing weight, although if that is your goal, it will happen as a result of your internal healing. You've probably already experienced the roller coaster  of weight, clothing sizes and emotions  through multiple diets. They all have the same common problem: they're only concerned with weight loss. ANY diet can help you lose weight, but until you've mended your relationship with yourself and food, you know the loss is only temporary.

At last, you can give up your battle with the scale and the notion of "good" and "bad" food. Food doesn't have virtue, and what you eat doesn't make you a good or  bad person. NO starvation, drugs, surgery, shakes, lotions or potions are necessary for you to achieve healthy weight. With our work, you'll naturally start to crave the foods that support your health and goals, without giving up the foods you really love. The days of food being your best friend and worst enemy, reward and punishment,  are over! Instead, food will simply become an enjoyable way to support wellness.
